2. Information processed
The app does not require a first-party account. Depending on the installed release and your device settings, limited technical data may be processed, such as device and operating-system version, app interactions, crash logs and diagnostic data. If you contact support, we process the details you choose to send.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. External providers
Party Malta may open Apple Maps, websites belonging to event organisers, venues or ticket providers, and other clearly identified external services. Data submitted to those services is governed by their own privacy notices and terms.
5. Payments
Party Malta does not directly process in-app payments. Purchases are completed on the named provider’s external checkout.
6. Service providers and transfers
Technical service providers may process limited data only to operate, secure or support the app. Some providers may process data outside Malta or the EEA under the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
7. Retention
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legitimate legal or operational needs. Diagnostic retention is controlled by the relevant platform or service settings. We do not sell personal information.
8. Age
Party Malta’s nightlife content is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly provide the app to children.
9. Your rights
Where GDPR or Maltese data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
10. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no digital service is completely risk-free. We will update this page and its date when this policy changes materially.
